1. Service Description

Storytell creates personalized children's storybooks using AI. Users provide story ideas through voice or text, and we generate illustrations and story content based on those inputs.

2. User Content

Users retain ownership of their story ideas. By using our service, you grant us permission to use your inputs to generate your storybook.

3. Print Orders

Print orders are fulfilled by our printing partners. Storybooks are printed on demand. We aim for accurate color reproduction but colors may vary slightly from screen displays.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT) are calculated based on your shipping address and added to your total at checkout. For EU customers, VAT may be collected depending on your country.

5. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your storybook, contact hello@storytell.ai within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or reprint.

6. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to create your storybook. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
